Happy Clock day!

I missed this completely yesterday, Very artsy and minimalist. Fived!

Blasphemy

Strawberry is the true king aight?

A great parody, incredibly accurate to the film.

Like many Clocks, this has been one of the films that I have been most excited to see unveiled on Clock day and there was little doubt in my mind that it would be one of, if not *the* best Clock movie of the day - in terms of EVERYTHING; quality of writing (or adaptation in this case), quality of graphics, sound (which has always been an underwritten signature of your work) and of course your own distinctive animation style.

I was blown away with the voice acting! The voices, especially GFC's, were very clean and well acted. They really give a lot more depth to the action, although I still love hearing the speakonia voices in so many clock movies today. The parallels drawn between Tolkein's universe and the Clock Crew's mythology was so well thought out that at times I forgot that it was all a parody!

Your artwork is attractive and detailed without making the whole thing lag, filters are used tastefully and sensibly, on medium quality I barely had any problems at all. Unlike most Clocks, StrangeClock has a well developed idea of camera angles, presentation and the way things look in general. The whole thing is impeccably well put together and deserves all the praise it's receiving.

The animation, of course, was top-notch. You let the Clock faces do the talking instead of having them move around all over the screen. The whole feel of the movie was tight and believable, the clocks moved in a realistic way and talked in a realistic way, the movie was animated and colourful without ever being boring even with this: one of the more talky pieces of the story.

The best Clock movie ever. Fived.

Your friend, CrustClock.

A very accurate replication of the movie!

It's great to see some good clock movies from non-clocks, especially a clay animation (very rare in the clock crew). I loved seeing OrangeClock 'in the flesh'. Happy Clock day! Fived!

Great first Clock flash from you!

Some very clever interpretations of the Moses stories, lots of very funny moments and the animation is a good mix of different syles. Without a doubt the best clock movie ever. Happy (late) Clock day! Fived.

ToadClock responds:

Thanks man!
Happy (submitted fifteen minutes late) Clockday!

PS. Sorta not my first. I made another with StrawberryClock in it.

haha, brilliant parody!

A genius concept! A fantastic idea and spin on TUS, the speakonia voice rapping along to the original track was very funny indeed and making the whole thing as if it was a news report was a stroke of brilliance! Happy Clock day (slightly late) ReporterClock! The best Clock movie EVAR. Fived.

I was beginning to lose hope!

Thank god there are Clocks like you still making flash, Turd. All your movies are brilliant and this could possibly be my favourite of them all, and the best Clock movie ever.

All the way through this film I had a big, stupid grin fixed to my face, it's been so long that I've seen a movie from you that it made me glad to just see your name on the page! I knew from the opening chords that this would be great, watching all the miscellaneous clocks just living their lives (including me :D) is great to see, the tap gag had me laughing out loud.

The story had an incredible pace, helped along with hilariously childish jokes and references (the full metal jacket spoof was absolutely brilliant - after the umteenth "do you suck dick?" it just kept getting funnier). "Friends... Family...Fag" was the most I've ever laughed this Clock day. But also quite touching at times, without being pretentious - like TurdClock's speech and the opening credits.

You are one of my favourite flash authors, all your movies have great continuity and humour, but most of all - the clock spirit, Happy Clock day! (sorry this is coming a day late) Fived, favourite'd, reviewed, loved. {{{Turd}}}

Great flash anyway!

It's a pity that you didn't manage to finish what looked like a very good clockday submission, but I enjoyed this 'replacement' a great deal. The animation fitted the music perfectly and graphics were great - especially the use of bitmaps. The best Clock movie ever. Fived!

Eternal-Panda responds:

I'll finish it someday. At least the one good thing is now I have all the time I need to improve and detail it, rather then send it out in its rushed form.

Thanks dood

Hilarity ensues!

Absolutely brilliant, SherClock! Everything in this movie exuded clockness. The voice acting was great, the art was superb and cartoony, the characters dialogue was hilarious (lmfao at antiraz) and the animation style was completely fresh and original. It felt like a real TV cartoon with the Clock Crew! Well done on cameoing almost everyone in the clock crew as well.

Without a doubt the greatest Clock movie ever made. Oh, and using CrustClock adds +20 cool points. One of the best flashes of today! Fived.

woahwowwoah

I do love an abrupt ending. The best Clock movie ever made - isn't it so true that married couples do start to look alike?
